    you had me so lost with all of that basketball talk. sports are not my thing... unless it's the red sox.

    sorry you were stung by that wasp and had to listen to that walking wasp encyclopedia. made me laugh thinking about forest gump though. that's a great movie.

    those driving tips were great. i'll have to relisten to that and put them to use. Tourists cannot drive here and it pissed me off. I need some tricks of the road... my tricks are just using back roads to avoid it all.

    alright so that's my comment. i still can't believe no one else has commented yet. oh well i enjoyed it. looking forward to hearing more of your stories later on.

    Okay, someone else commenting! Sorry I haven't gotten here sooner and thanks for answering my question.

    I actually miss playing bball, I haven't played in the longest time. My mom didn't let me try out for the team on my last year of high school or even buy my own net. It sucked, but I have to admit that I lost interest in it being on the team because the coach we had took out all the fun out of it. I mean I can't remember all the plays anyways, cause yeah I suck with the memory thing.

    Omg, the part about your mom with the sponge finger was funny cause it reminded me of my dad. I actually preferred it if no one from my family came to the games, especially my dad. It was just too embarrassing! He's one of those who gets too into the game and starts yelling at the people on the team. Good thing he only went to a couple of games.

    Sorry for the long comment. I really enjoyed listening to your stories =).

    wow. i used to play softball, but i quit once i got into high school because the team sucked and i had a lot of work to do. plus yea i didn't like the coach.

    when i played just on like a rec team, my parents would come watch. after a while i banned my dad because he would just yell in the car about the game and i always ended up crying whether we won or loss. i liked the rec team because i was just a huge goof with a few of the other girls on the team. the coaches loved us and we were the better players so we like ruled the team. wow i kind of miss it, but i wouldn't ever want to play on a serious team. that's no fun... like high school.

    it sucks that you and wonga sort of lost interest in your games.

    my brother still plays baseball in high school and my parents are all into it. sort of allows me more time at home alone, but it also comes to a point where they pick his crap over other things that are important and it bothers me. whatever though... i kind of feel like high school ruins all sports.

    Slo, my take on sexuality is very much like alice's. The TITS sign is in Texas...just drive along the 10 freeway. I will be happy to school you on my music. Down with Duke? I'm just going to pretend you didn't say that. Maryland is cool, but...
    BTW, Phoenix suffered a pretty bad loss to a Cali team. Not rubbing it in, but just pointing it out. :)

    Great podcast once again.

    Your Greyhound story reminded me of when I took Greyhound to DC once and ended talking to these two guys and turns out one was a cop heading home and the other had just got out of jail in Atlanta (I think it was drinking related, but I can't remember). Needless to say I made sure that I always stayed in sight of the cop.

    thanks. I got LBaller because my initials are LB and then I use the "B" to spell baller cuz I play basketball. When you listen, please tell me what you think. Thirdly is a word if you say it. Anything that comes out of the mouth is a word, unless it's an abstract sound. :) The West IS the best, but there are some East coast people I like.

    Ok so to tell you again how Cali drivers get their start: my first drivers ed in-car lesson the crazy lady took me out at night in rush-hour traffic and proceded to make me get on the 405. Ok the 405 dosen't mean anything to anyone but me but this fuckin freeway is packed 24-7. So yeah it is fish or cut bait here, you MUST drive agressively from day 1 or you are in serious trouble.

    Just listened to your podcast. It was great. BTW, I took the Greyhound yesterday, lol. Greyhound buses suck; riding them for 6hr with every single seat occupied sucks even more. Anyway, I really enjoyed your podcast and I'm looking forward to the next one. :)

    Janie, I think you might have an issue with Cali drivers. I'm not exactly sure though. LOL, naw I'm playing. I have the same issue.

    Therese, thanks for stopping by. Greyhound is the worst...and you're right, it's really bad when it's full. Did you sit next to anyone who smelled liked they hadn't taken a shower in years? I HAVE, and it's terrible. I felt like crying.
